East Committee Room at Crewe Municipal Buildings

Ideal for business meetings or a small conference. Wi-Fi, Flip Charts, 60’’ TV Screen on stand and projector are available upon request and all inclusive in the room hire price.

If requested in advance, a BSO can be available to address any issues; while not an AV technician, they will set up our/the room equipment for each event if required.

Room dressing

We provide and lay out the furniture ready for your event, we can also provide tablecloths and seat covers at a minimal extra cost, if required.

Tables, stage and floor areas can be dressed with free standing items, such as table centres, flower stands, Balloons/arches etc. Please seek advice first from the Civic Buildings Co-ordinator Pam Evans 01625 374705.

Catering

While we don’t have our own in-house caterers, we do have a small list of local, regularly used outside caterers that we can pass onto hirers.

Hirers are encouraged to seek their own chosen caterer to suit their event, for dietary requirements and their budget.
